The rates are per person per day, for a stay of a minimum of 4 days.

The price includes: bed linen, towels , free WIFI,  kitchen, parking, light and heating.

The apartment is finally booked upon the receipt of deposit of 30% of the total price.

The late arrivals and early departures will also be counted.

We remind you that as from 01.01.2015 a 'temporary visitor' tax of 1,40 Euro per person (over 14 years) and day  will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments.

Check-in 2 pm, check-out 9.30 am.

Pets are welcome with an extra charge of Euro 5,00 per day for cats and  Euro 10,00 per day for dogs. In some apartments, there are not allowed pets, so please comunicate during the request the presence of pets.
